Let's begin this blog by addressing the elephant in the room...or should I say squirrel?  Some of you may already know about a certain silly word game that my little brother and I invented about 15 years ago (give or take).  The name of the game is quite simple: replace the word "girl" with the word "squirrel" and you'll surely be in for a barrel of giggles.  The game gets especially comical when you "squirrel" song lyrics and movie lines.  For example, I'm sure you've tapped your feet to such hit songs as "Squirrels Just Wanna Have Fun" or "I Kissed a Squirrel" (who knew they wore cherry Chapstick?), or watched the box office smashes "Mean Squirrels" or "The Squirrel Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest".

Still think I'm nuts (pun intended)?  Of course you do.  But you're a liar if you play the squirrel game and don't at least crack a smile.

Now that I've explained my name, know that my blog will have absolutely nothing to do with squirrels.
